This position is designed for building technical talent pipelines for the Sales Business Unit engineering team in Shenzhen facility. The position holder will acquire basic engineering knowledge and hands-on experience in design engineering, new product development and project management team in the facility through a 12-month traineeship. The Trainee will be developed through systematic on-the-job training, social learning and formal training initiatives in order to help them broaden skills in the areas of Southco Core Manufacturing and Engineering Processes.
Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the trainee program and complete the development items listed on the personal development plan, including on-the-job, classroom and social training initiatives on time
2.Execute tasks or routine duties assigned by managers, trainers or buddies in his/her base department and in the departments to which the trainee rotates and meet performance expectation
3.Report learning progress and present observations on a regular basis, such as Monthly Trainee Meeting to HR and Managers, Graduation Presentation etc.
4. Coodinate regular meetings, develop conversations with mentors and administer self-development progress on personal development, business acumen and rapport building
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science with Strong Engineering Academic Background
2. Well-Rounded Individual involved in Extra-Curricular Activities
3. 2021 Fresh graduate from Southco recognized universities 4. Good Verbal and Written English Communications Skills (preferred)
5. Career-Driven (required) and Mobility; Willing to relocate within China (preferred)
