[Terms]

8 hours per day 每天8小时

Working time can be shifted or adapted according to the demand.

[Main Duties and Responsibilities – Daily Job]

Working with the team in Shenzhen and Engineers in the London office to manage production products as they begin production setup, production trials and mass production.

·       Working with Plastic and Tooling Factories to manage tooling development, sampling and production. Providing feedback either directly to the factory, or communicating feedback from London to the factory;

·       Working with EMS suppliers to manage PCBF/A production, managing programming and QA/QC on the production line. Providing feedback either directly to the factory, or communicating feedback from London to the factory;

·       Working with other manufacturers (stamping, machining etc) to setup sampling and production. Providing feedback and communicating between RPD and the factory during sampling and production;

·       Working with EMS suppliers on the assembly and testing of products during PVT production setup phases. Supporting problem solving in assembly and QA/QC processes, whilst providing detailed updates to the Shenzhen and London teams;

·       Working with London and Shenzhen teams to implement feedback into production operations and problem solve where required.

·       与EMS供应商合作，在PVT生产设置阶段进行产品组装和测试。支持解决装配和QA/QC过程中的问题，同时向深圳和伦敦团队提供详细的更新；

·       与伦敦和深圳团队合作，将反馈落实到生产操作中，并在需要时解决问题。

[Reports To]

·       You will work alongside with the Shenzhen team and report directly to the project manager in Shenzhen office.

·       你将与深圳团队一起工作，并直接向深圳办事处的项目经理汇报。

[Job Skills and Qualifications]

·       Experience with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) environment;

·       Knowledge in Manufacturing process (Plastic Injection, CNC, Stamping, etc)

·       Able to read, comprehend and produce technical documents to the factories (2D, 3D, QA/QC, SOP, etc);

·       Skills in designing simple mechanical JIGs to help in the production line;

·       Good communication skills (Basic English is acceptable);

·       Basic skills with CAD, 3D printing, metal parts;

·       Good skill and execution for analysis and trouble shooting

·       Good skill for team working

·       Mechanical/Industrial engineering bachelor degree is preferable.

·       有EMS（电子制造服务）工厂工作经验；

·       熟悉制造工艺（注塑、数控、冲压等）

·       能够阅读、理解并向工厂提供技术文件（2D、3D、QA/QC、SOP等）；

·       帮助生产线设计简单机械夹具的技能；

·       良好的沟通能力（基础英语可接受）；

·       具备CAD、3D打印、金属零件等知识

·       具备良好的分析、解决问题的技能和执行力

·       具备良好的团队合作能力

·       机械/工业工程学士学位
