The Position

Reporting to the head of Bushiness decampment, Senior Sales Manager is expected to contribute, execute and be responsible for the company sales strategy and process implementation, by leading the sales team and company sales network. The candidate will be a full-time employee of Ryder, based in Shenzhen.

Working closely with the head of Bushiness decampment , Senior Sales Manager will take the lead on continuous refinement of Ryder’s current sales process and global sales network, in effort of creating a stable and healthy sales pipeline.

Utilizing the current Marcom (marketing communication) function, optimize marcom output to achieve sales goals. Regularly provide feedback and recommendations on area of improvements in the marcom function, which ultimately leads to more and better sales wins.

Manage internal sales and supporting team and provide functional leadership to the sales cross functional team. The person needs to be responsive and supportive for any at ad-hoc customer sales and support issues.

The Candidate

Prefer Western educated candidate with university level engineering background.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Greater China.

Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial position.

Minimum 10 years of experience in EMS industry.

Proven skills in business development within EMS environment.

Fluent in English (in addition to Mandarin or Cantonese), comfortable and effective in US and in European business environment with excellent communication skills.

Expect international business travel, when needed.

Preferred experience in both public multi-national and medium size private enterprises.

Preferred strong technical background in IoT and RF technology.

Confident and mature with strong management skills.

Strong analytical skills with backup data support.

High degree of ethical values when conducting business.
