Job responsibility:
1. Schedule the inspection base on supplier request and real situation.
2. Communicate with supplier on schedule arrangement.
3. Inform inspectors of inspection schedule and provide related documents.
4. Communicate internal / supplier for priority order PSI schedule.
5. Introduce new suppliers for Hafele inspection procedure.
6. Collect PSI schedule related data and make regular report of scheduling performance.
7. As travel booker, be responsible for booking or renting cars, hotels and flights for business trip under the terms of EHK EPC Travel policy.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with documents control and filing.
2. Independent judge and analysis ability, good interpersonal skill.
3. Good Computer Skills, specifically with MS Office are required, can editing formula.
4. Good command of English in written, and verbal is plus.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
