工作內容 : 

1. 產品開發  

2. Llisting創建和優化並保證後續銷量（包括站內外推廣）

3. 創建FBA發貨計畫並跟所有相關事宜

4. 執行庫存優化計畫:如合理備貨計畫，防止庫存過多，及時清理長期滯銷庫存

5. 溝通方面（回復客戶郵件，帳號或listing問題與Amazon開case等溝通 ），其他公司跨部門溝通如涉及採購/IT /美工/倉庫/質檢等

6. 參照商品成本及利潤率，規劃廣告預算及促銷活動

7. 完成公司給出的銷售業務計畫: 如 銷售目標 /庫存目標/產品開發等

薪資待遇 : 

9000 + 提呈  ( 可議 )

English : 

Operations Management:

- Prepare, implement and monitor all product launches process.

- Conduct standard operating procedures review, and on-going operation working

processes initiation/optimization anytime needed

- Ensure back-end operations work smoothly at all steps, i.e. IT/ Logistics, warehouse, call center, etc. inclusive internal communication across departments and external communication with E-commerce.

- Build the eCommerce marketing calendar integrated with Brand Marketing Calendar, Retail Marketing Calendar and Marketplaces Promotion Calendar to ensure cross-channel marketing consistency

- Manage Customer Service and CRM operation Business Development:

- Ensure the sustainable growth of the current businesses following business development strategy by collaborating with internal and external counterparts, especially to ensure perfect execution of such campaigns as CNY, Valentine's, mother's, Xmas, 11.11 and etc.

Reporting:

- Compile the monthly E-commerce highlights report supported by other internal function teams with insights and future action plan;

- Other financial and operation reports required.

Qualification:

− High level of numerical and analytical skills.

− Good communication and negotiation skill

− Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours

− A good team player

− Experience managing vendor relationships

− Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency

Salary : 

9000 + commission ( negociable )
