Job Description:

Key Goals & Responsibilities

1. Supplier quality control management process in contract manufacturing facilities

   with a strong focus on continuous improvement manufacturing process and

   quality system.

2. Key activities to oversee include but not limited to the following:

• On site supporting and review NPI Project trial run issues and keep closely follow

  up and drive quality issues to be closed and make sure new product to be safe

  lunch.

• Review contract manufacturer and quality control plan and RT/ ORT test plan.

• Monitoring contract manufacturer IQC/FPY/OQC quality performance.

• Perform periodic Quality System Audit and Quality Process Audit in contract

  manufacturer and AVL.

• Handling customer complaint and driving systematic countermeasures and

  preventive actions with suppliers.

  
  

Qualifications

1. 5+years of relevant experience on electronic product supplier/manufacturing

   process quality management, prefer to power supply product aspect experience.

2. College or above, prefer to major Electronics Engineering.

3. Be able to communication in English (writing listening and speaking).

4. Good communication with team and able to work independently under a

   fast-paced environment.

5. Be familiar with ISO9001/TS16949 Quality system and Quality tool such as

   APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/QC 7 tools etc.
