工作职责:
根据巴西总部需求,管理和协调中国质检团队的工作安排
管理和培训质检团队严格按照总部的质量管控标准和程序
与质量团队和研发部门讨论分析纠正措施,以确保纠正措施的有效性,必要时在现场进行技术访问
在与供应商的内部讨论中识别和解决质量问题,并向供应商报告技术规范和制造流程
任职要求:
- 大学本科学历,工科类专业,英语听,说,读,写,一定要熟练;
- 三年以上相关工作经验,有团队管理经验,有第三方验货经验或外贸公司验货经验优先;
- 良好的英文读写能力,CET4水平;能够运用英语自如表达和撰写检验报告;
-有ISO9001商品检验鉴定人员资格证者优先
- 能适应出差的工作。
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Manage and coordinate the China Inspection team workload and main activities aligned with Headquarters priorities and demand.
·Train and certify the Inspection teams are strictly following Headquarters quality control procedures and policies
·Act together with quality teams and R&D on corrective actions analysis in order to ensure they are effective, performing on-site technical visits.
Identify and solve quality problems throughout internal discussions about quality issues to report technical specifications and manufacturing processes with supplier.
Requirement:
The position requires a minimum of 8-year experience on Quality and Control, at least 5-year leadership experience, Engineering technology background.
preferably on incoming inspection and/or final inspection electronic components or products;
Knowledge of the Quality Control System & quality control methods;
Knowledge of inspection process
Good command on English;
