Job Description:
1. Liaise with US headquarters on forecast and translate it into contract manufacturer schedule and production plan.
2. Pro-actively involve in contract manufacturer materials planning, procurement. Review production plan and performance, maximise production capacity accordingly to utilization and output of molding, SMT, AISS, Automation Line and assembly line.
3. Coordinate with PM and pertinent department on NPD schedule. Following up on forecast and LLI procurement to meet the plan.
4.. work with US and logistic company on shipment booking and logistic arrangement. Make sure cargoes are ship on time.
5. To achieve company KPI (e.g., Inventory turns, OTD, EBITDA etc.)
6. Warehouse management experience will be an advantage.
Job Requirement:
1. Degree or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management.
2. 10 years + solid experiences of which not less than 5 years at managerial level in FMCG
3. Fluent in English and Chinese.
4. Knowledge of ERP/MRPII/MES application, SAP.
5. Good communication skill, can work under pressure and flexible hours. 6. Work independent, good analytical skill, self-motivate and good team player.
