岗位要求：

1、根据公司海外业务发展战略要求，调研海外市场及客户需求，制定海外市场发展计划及策略，拓展及维持海外供货商客户关系；

2、负责海外新客户的开发工作，包括确定行业目标客户，进行跟踪及长期沟通，分析现状和需求，找到合作切入点，开展商务谈判和合作签约，同时还涉及利润分析、风险管控、确保回款安全等工作；

3、收集目标行业市场竞争对手动态信息，及时反馈给公司做决策分析，并根据对手和销售市场动态制定客户开发计划；

4、协助中国内地公司服务产品的设计和业务模拟，对接国际客户对技术服务和产品开发方面的要求；其他，公司总经理交代的其他相关海外工作。

任职要求：

1、要求具备多年海外工作或者生活经验，熟悉中国海关跨境电商相关政策，工作语言为英语和中国普通话，主要工作地区为深圳；

2、具备大学本科及以上学历，遵守中国法律，持有有效的进出中国护照，具备从事国际贸易或者物流相关销售工作5年以上经验者优先，熟悉欧美、日韩、东南亚电商市场及国际物流业务者优先；

3、具备良好的资源整合能力，同时具备良好的人际理解力和团队精神，优秀的口头及书面表达能力，良好的沟通意识和谈判技巧； 

Director Of Overseas Sales Wanted

Responsibilities:

 1. According to the company's overseas business development strategy requirements, investigate overseas markets and customer needs, formulate overseas market development plans and strategies, expand and maintain customer relationships with overseas suppliers;

 2. Develop new overseas customers, including identifying amd tracking industry target customers, analyzing the status quo and needs to find points for cooperation, conducting business negotiations and signing cooperation agreements that involving profit analysis, risk management and control, and ensuring security of fund restream

 3. Collect dynamic information of competitors in the target industry market,give the company feedback for decision-making analysis, and formulate customer development plans according to the dynamics of competitors and sales markets;

 4. Assist in the design and business simulation of service products of Chinese mainland companies, meet the requirements of international customers for technical services and product development; and finish other overseas work assigned by the general manager.

Position Requirements:

1. Many years of overseas working or life experience and familiarity with China Customs cross-border e-commerce policies

2. Master the languages of Mandarin and English

3. Bachelor degree or above, abide by Chinese laws, have a valid Chinese passport, more than 5 years of experience in international trade or logistics-related sales work is preferred.Familiarity with Europe, America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia e-commerce market and international logistics perfectly

4. Have good resource integration skills, good interpersonal understanding and team spirit,
