职责描述：

1.        针对中国以及海外电子烟市场及各国或地区电子烟相关政策具有深刻的理解和高度的敏感度；

2.       具备对中国和海外核心客户及核心区域的市场分析, 用户分析, 竞品分析的能力；

1.       能够对新技术和新产品需求进行管理及分析；

2.       针对市场，技术，及公司自身发展战略形成公司针对核心客户的1-3年产品规划路线；

3.       针对市场客户需求和痛点, 主导和推动各项产品及深层次指标的调研，预研，测试验证和改善，通过从深层次技术指标来改善相关产品指标，最终改善客户体验和需求, 从而形成公司有核心竞争力的，有客户粘性的技术和产品能力；

4.       对大客户项目的需求到上市的整个项目的跟进, 海外客户的会议跟进；整合现有产品，研发及公司综合实力，形成针对不同客户的商业及产品解决方案，衔接，引导，跟进服务客户，最终赢得项目。

5.     熟悉电子烟方案，工艺及制造的成本构造，能动态的根据市场及客户的需求，公司发展利益的需要，制定可执行的成本优化方案。确保客户需求的最大满足及公司利益的最大化 。

任职要求： 

1.        5年以上电子消费品或者电子烟行业高级产品经理/总监经验； 

1.       电子或机械结构相关专业, 电子烟行业背景优先，

2.       英文读写流利, 能够与外资客户有书面和口头英文沟通，

3.       有较强的沟通与表达能力，

4.       结果导向，有较强的执行力和抗压能力，

5.       有电子烟结构设计工作经验加分。

6.     熟悉PMTA流程加分

Responsibilities:

1.       Have a deep understanding and high degree of sensitivity to the e-cigarette market in China and overseas, as well as the e-cigarette-related policies of various countries or regions;

2.       Strong capability to conduct market analysis, user analysis, and competitive product analysis of core customers and core regions in China and overseas;

3.       Ability to manage and analyze the demand for new technologies and new products;

4.       Generate the companies 1-3 year product roadmap for core customers based on the market, technology, and company’s strategies;

5.       Lead and initiate research, forecasting, test verification, and improvement for all products and their deep-level performances based on the market customer demands and pain points; 

6.       Improve product performance through technical performance;

7.       Improve customer experience and needs in order to create the company’s core competitive product capabilities;

8.       Complete follow through of projects from the demand of major customers to launching to the market and overseas customers';

9.       Integrate existing products, R&D capability, and the company’s comprehensive strength to conduct business and product solutions for different customers; 

10.   Connect, guide, follow up, and serve customers;

11.   Familiar with the e-cigarette process and manufacturing cost structure; 

12.   Able to formulate cost optimization plans to ensure maximum satisfaction of customer needs and maximize the company's development interests based on the market and customers’s dynamic demands;

13.   Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

1.       5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager/Director in the electronic consumer goods or e-cigarette industry;

2.       Major in Electronics or Mechanical Structure, e-cigarette industry background is preferred;

3.       Fluent in English reading and writing, be able to communicate with foreign clients in both written and oral English;

4.       Strong communication and presentation skills;

5.       Result-oriented, with strong capability of execution;

6.       Working experience with e-cigarette structure design is a plus;

7.       Familiarity with PMTA process is a plus
