RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Coordinate and execute project milestone meetings and deliverables

? Communicate with internal staff and external resources/stakeholders

? Monitor project progress and support issues as they arise

? Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met

? Oversee incoming and outgoing key product documents, certifications, etc. 

? Provide support for product compliance and regulatory items

? Create detailed project reports for the Senior Leadership team

? Manage key relationships with external manufacturing partners and internal teams

? Provide support for testing & inventory operations

? Manage product BOM, certifications, and development costs 

? Research & execution of strategic R&D projects/initiatives

? Provide support for customer engagements and product requests 

? Help facilitate and lead internal process improvements 

? Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

? University degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.

? Three to five years in a Project Management role

? Highly organized and able to multitask

? Demonstrated conflict resolution skills

? Self-driven and proactive nature

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good English skill

? Patient and active listener

? Demonstrate leadership qualities
