1. 专业工程技术背景，熟悉精密装备，数控系统， 机器人技术等相关领域 2. 具有市场大局观与前瞻性思维，能结合市场信息与政策导向引导技术团队发展方向 3. 具有优秀执行力，协助院长实施落实战略发展资源及战略发展方向 4. 具有优秀组织及沟通交流能力 5. 具有长远发展计划及工作热情 6. 具有良好的写作能力 7. 具有研究院、孵化器及科技园相关管理经验
合适的申请者
工程相关硕士或博士及以上学历背景。具有五年以上项目管理经验。有孵化器、高科技产业园或科技研究院相关管理经验。 1. 协助院长引进技术人才团队，并负责团队项目管理 2. 进行企业及市场调研，发掘企业技术需求及市场需求形成调研报告，并进行对接 3. 组织技术团队与高校教授与企业成果对接会，带领研究团队实现技术研究产业化 4. 针对研究院技术成果，组织技术交流活动，邀请企业与政府参与，加深企业政府与研究院的技术合作负责研究院对外形象宣传工作

Job Description

Professional engineering and technical background, familiar with related fields of precision equipment, numerical control systems, robotics, etc.
Has a bigger market picture and advanced thinking, market information can be combined with the technical team to guide the development of policy-oriented direction
Has excellent execution, assisting implementation of the strategic development of resources and the implementation of the strategic direction
with excellent organizational and communication skills
Has a long-term development plan and work ethic
With good documentation writing skills
With research institutes, incubators and technology parks relevant management experience
