NATURE OF WORK:
1. Act as the liaison between Company and Customer in order to maintain the good relationship
2.Manage assigned accounts on key parameters including contract, order, customer satisfaction, liability and profitability, revenue and gross margins etc.
3.Represents customer’s interest to drive support activities within the Company.
4. Coordinate customer requirements and prioritize with manufacturing personnel to insure commitments are met
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 7 years experience in commodity management, supply chain, project management, customer service, program management, sales follow-up experience in EMS or manufacturing field an advantage
2.Excellent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
3.Strong account management, leadership, presentation and communication skills with analytical mind
4. Good understanding on the complexity of supply chain and total customer satisfactions.
5.Experience in material management, sourcing, operation, quality assurance, and with good commercial sense would also be considered
6. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Program Manager
7.Station in Shenzhen PRC required
