A site based program manager to act as the key interface between Customer, Sales and Operations to deliver and execute customer contracts. Typically manages 1 – 3 active programs through project lifecycle. Manage complete life-cycle of all projects ina small and local site based portfolio up to 5mio with responsibility for quality, costs, PC2, time and risk
Bachelors or Masters degree with technical background, or equivalent experience
At least 4 years additional work experience in project management with at least 8 years work experience
Previous technical competency in the areas of the Pharma Industry e.g. process development, cGMP manufacturing and process registration
Small number of successfully managed projects in relevant business environment
Previous experience working in a matrix environment
