Responsibility:

1.Monitoring and facilitating risk assessment during the whole NPD process.
2. Making available audit reports to support the Stage Gate Review Process
3. Follow up of customer requirements by analyzing, and defining the CTQ's (critical the Quality characteristics) together with the engineers, making sure these are addressed in the product and process development as well as in production.
4. The creation of a concept Control Plan and the planning of the required inspection tools, gauges, etc. Also reviewing the quality inspection plans prepared by Q-operations as well as requesting and analyzing GR&R studies.
5. Being involved in releases of products and tools, internally and externally.
6. Cooperating in the selection of new suppliers, or in the assignment of new products / processes to suppliers.
7. Supporting the product / process releases towards the customer (in case of customer-specific product) (e.g. PPAP), 
8. Suitable support in the pre-production phase, incl. the NPI Process.
9. Follow up of improvement action plans with manufacturing sites or suppliers 

Qualifications: 
1. Minimum BS degree in engineering or science. 
2. 5 years experience as a Quality Engineer with a manufacturing organization or product development. Product development experience is preferred. 

3. Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software. 
4. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and be flexible enough to handle multiple high profile development projects. 
5. Ability to take initiative and maintain good written and oral communication in an international team environment.
