Job Description
The Sr. Customer service Manager / program manager will be based in DongGuan.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
* Must possess knowledge and experience on Demand Management and Order Fulfilment such as customer demand forecast, PO, BTF, BTO, CTO, MRP Loading, etc.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on VMI/SMI, JIT and etc.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on Incoterm.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on MRP logic and BOM structure logic.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on products’ manufacturing process and products’ End-To-End Value Stream Mapping.
* Must possess knowledge on China Import/Export Customs Regulations and Taxation Rules.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on RMA Management including its logistics and debit note control.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on Waterfall Chart maintenance experience and analytical skills.
* Must possess knowledge and experience on CTB and material shortages analytical skills.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
* 10+ years program management
* good Business acumen such as commercial terms , market trends, customer behavior, etc.
* good interpersonal skills to collaborate and liaise with cross functions’ personnel.
* strong English and Mandarin proficiencies in both writing and oral.
* rich experience in Customer Interactions.
