Job Description

The制程品质工程师 Quality Engineer will be based in Shiyan

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

*  Weekly and monthly DPPM data analysis & communication to the related team member for improvement.

*  Day to day quality problem troubleshooting with processes in a closed loop manner. Generate regular quality meeting based on the audit findings, reject issues and scrap data analysis to push engineering and production to do continuous improvement. Assist Quality manager to maintain the Quality Management System

*  Review and quick response customer with corrective actions with the 8D or 5 Why processes and push in-process quality continuous improvement.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

*  Bachelor'sdegree or College degree with Minimum 2 years of quality engineering experience. Prior experience in mechanical, electronics manufacturing environment and Small Household appliance/Vacuum Cleaner manufacture and quality management experience.

*  Skill sets like Process Audit, SPC, PPAP, APQP, MSA, PFMEA, Quality tools & QC7 methods etc. Six sigma and Lean application experience is preferred.

*  Must be able to read, write and communicate in English at an advanced level.
