Responsibility:

Work on NPI project and supplier development

Performing detailed cost analysis of components & purchasing process control to ensure highest quality at the lowest cost solution

Negotiate and identify innovative solutions and mitigate the risks of the price, quality, and lead time, MOQ, SPQ.

Set up, track, review, and timely report sourcing trends, budgets, savings, vendor performance, results of bidding, and negotiations.

Improve the components OTD of MP components

Fully understand the product Shelf circling life, to ensure the supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Experience: Over 8 yrs multinational companies Sourcing experience in multinational company in procurement on vendor evaluation & selection, pricing Methods, contract reviews and reporting.

Professional Skills: Engineering background and need to be familiar with plastic molding, stamping, die casting, or other like machining, cable/wire, RF related components.

Good communication, fast and result oriented with passion, Strong analytical skills,

fact-based and data-driven that drives direction and performance.

Team player with positive attitude, honest and strong responsibility, willing to learn, Strong execution.

Sound communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels

Language skill:  Fluent in English spoken and written.

Good knowledge of MS office software applications

Experience with ERP, Info XA is preferred
