The Test Engineer – TDE will be based in Zhuhai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Participate in new product transfer and ensure seamless transition into volume production.

参与新产品转移，并确保无缝对接到批量生产

• Develop test programs to perform product functional tests and work with customer on test coverage and test time optimization.

开发测试程序以执行产品功能的测试工作，并配合客户进行测试范围和时间的优化

• Review and buyoff new Test programs and test fixtures.

检查和购买新的测试程序和测试装置

• Track the performance of key KOIs and formulate initiatives to pursue improvement opportunities.

跟踪关键KOL并制定相关计划来进行改善

• Conduct periodic review of test capacity requirement, work with customer and internal team to secure adequate test capacity to support production requirement.

定期检查设备测试能力，积极与客户和内部团队沟通以确保有足够的测试能力来支持生产要求

• Actively lead & participate in various Kaizen activities. 

积极组织和参与各种改善活动

• Coach and mentor a group of Junior Engineers and technicians.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Major in electronics, computer or network related field.

电子、计算机或网络相关专业

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Test Engineering related field.

至少拥有5年测试工程师的经验

• Software programming experiences with C# or Python.

• Project management skill to ensure project timeline and key deliverables are fully met.

• Strong analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
